“Great radiator, good price. Looks really good in the freshly decorated living room. Photocopied instructions for hanging and dressing the radiator were not clear; they appeared to be about 100th generation copies as the images were very blurred. I managed to find the manufacturer's originals on-line. We missed the delivery, but they left it with a neighbor. We were supposed to get a call from the delivery driver on a number that I provided, to ensure we were in, but the driver didn't call that number. No drama though. Decent experience, some aspects not as good as others, but I would use them again”

“I cannot praise the customer services enough I ordered two radiators from here a few weeks back and only one turned up at first when the second arrived it was clear the journey had not been kind to it and the courier firm had dropped it along the way. The box was ripped and open the radiator and been scratched and chipped and the brackets bent out of shape. I contacted customer services and got a quick response asking for a date convenient to me for collection of the damaged radiator and a replacement to be sent out. Many thanks Kimberly, I look forward to my new radiators getting some use in the winter.”

“Product poorly assembled and painted, insufficient packaging couriers faked my signature on delivery”

Thanks for your review. Sorry that you are unhappy with the item, we do have a 28 day returns period, just contact our Customer Service team who can arrange the return for you. Couriers have to do contactless delivery currently because of COVID so it's not faking a signature, it's simply the courier completing the required signature field on your behalf to ensure a safe and contactless delivery.

“Received values. No radiator. No email to say why. Nothing in invoice. Had to call to be told a rad would be three or 4 weeks! But clearly states “in stock” on the website. Just be clear about lead times. 3-4 weeks is not in stock. Be honest!”
