“I am still waiting for delivery almost 3 weeks after purchase when the quoted delivery time was 1-2 delivery days. Even worse I can't get an answer on when the radiators will be delivered.”

Apologies that this happened, the couriers were really struggling with driver/staff shortages due to COVID and Brexit so at times logistics fell short of our usual standards for which we are truly sorry. Glad we managed to get you all sorted in the end. Sorry again for the inconvenience.

“Great selection to choose from. Picked the radiator we wanted, great combo price for the valves and sleeves. Valves and sleeves arrived next day, the radiator the day after (ordered after 3pm). Easy website, great choices, prices and delivery. Will be back when needing more, that's for sure.”

“Apart from a very slight hiccup with third party courier which was sorted promptly by Kimberley's e-mail, everything else was excellent. Product was very well protected from damage in transit. Will definitely use again to replace the rest of the radiators in our home.”

“I had a query about leg supports for a tubular radiator - I had not bought them with my first order and I realised when the radiator arrived that I would need them. I telephoned. I was answered immediately by Kimberley. She handled it perfectly, directing me to the options available, instructing me how to pull up the images on the website so I could see what I was buying, and guiding me to an alternative choice. Thank you Kimberley. Perfect friendly service without any fuss.”

“I ordered two radiators which both arrived damaged. I was asked to email photos. When I heard nothing I phoned and was told they were waiting for their warehouse to review the photos. When I chased again I was told that the damage was only to the radiator trims and they would send them as spare parts when they were able to get them from the manufacturer. When I asked how long that would be they did not know!! I was no offered replacement radiators but was offered a refund, which I accepted. Again I didn't hear anything so I had to chase it up by phone again. I was told they were "processing" my refund but they couldn't tell me when I might receive it. After two weeks I threatened legal action and then received my refund the following day. They are the worst company I've dealt with in many years and the attitude of all the staff that answer the phones is curt, unhelpful and often verging on rude.”

Apologies that there were damaged panels, these are easily replaced (for which we did provide a timescale) and you can go ahead and fit the radiators then simply clip them on afterwards. You refused this option and asked for the radiators to be collected and a full refund instead which we duly did for you. Returns take time to come back and then be processed by the warehouse following which the refund instruction can then go through, this is what happens with all returns and your own return followed the very same procedure. We did try our best for you but you were not happy with us for which we again apologise.

“Trade radiators have always been spot on and normally would give 5 stars. Unfortunately their carriers tuffnells stank. When I found out delivery was due the same day,I rang for 20 minutes or so but no answer. I emailed them to let them know I wouldn't be in, I provided a contact number which they didn't contact me on to amend delivery. When I checked later the delivery driver had put items delivered. Not so. Sent another email and next morning managed to speak to a man who said marked as delivered but no proof of delivery. He then said nothing to do with them and I had to contact sender. Approx 2k value of radiators, trade radiators then delt with it. Told would need 48hours before it was resolved then I late afternoon as I'm about to go on the motorway get a call to say driver was outside job but no answer. Had to turn around an deal with delivery. The dgaf attitude of first man on phone at tuffnells just added to the stress levels of an otherwise delayed job. Trade radiators need to bin them as couriers. I've always had excellent service using them over some 15 years and never had an issue like this before.”

“Very pleased with the quality of the product i did have one problem with one of the stays it came with the two brackets threaded i had to drill out the thread on the outside bracket i will be ordering four thank you N Pepper”
