“Similar to previous reviewer. Ordered radiator 7th May and still awaiting contact from Courier Tuffnells, today (17th May) regarding a delivery date. Understand Trade Radiators need to investigate its whereabouts, which I queried with them 14th May, but disappointed to not have had any response. Seems to me they need to change their couriers. As the last reviewer points out an effort should be made to provide an immediate replacement, after all they are quick to take payment before delivery.”

Our sincere apologies that this happened, the couriers were really struggling with driver/staff shortages due to COVID and Brexit so at times logistics fell short of our usual standards for which we are truly sorry. Glad we managed to get you all sorted in the end. Sorry again for the inconvenience.

“Ordered on 6 May 2021. Still not received my radiator and today it is 17 May 2021. I have chased several times and I’m told they can’t locate my radiator. Until they find it they say they can do nothing. I suggested they look after their customer and send me another immediately but they say their processes require them to investigate its whereabouts first. Of course they want to find it but meanwhile the customer suffers. I have no radiator and the additional cost of bringing my plumber back a second time to fit- assuming g it ever arrives”

“The radiators arrived at the specified time, they were very carefully packed which meant that they were in perfect condition. The driver was both friendly and helpful which made the delivery "experience" stress free. Oh and by the way, the radiators are rather lovely!!”

“I bought five radiators and all were excellent quality and service also excellent. One came damaged and was dealt with immediately and smoothly and new one delivered a few days later. Excellent service all around and good quality products. I would use again and would definitely recommend.”

“I’m in the process of replacing my radiators, (slowly) and so far have only fitted 2 both bought from trade radiators, I am very happy with products, and have a further 3 added in my shopping cart, which I will purchase at a later date. “The Service was Good,Very and very helpful .On delivery everything seemed OK , On the day of the fitting we found out we where a Bleed nipple short in one of the boxes ,Hay Ho these things happen but when they do its so annoying.”

“Fantastic service, sent an email asking if they could supply a replacement valve for a radiator they supplied 9 years ago expecting a reply with a price but received the valve in the post free of charge instead - would thoroughly recommend!”
