Our sincere apologies Paul, you have been sent a dispatch notification. Delays are not uncommon at the moment for many reasons including port delays, struggling logistic networks etc due to COVID and BREXIT and we do make customers aware of this when we provide an ETA on out of stock items, that the ETA can be subject to change and more so at the moment for the reasons above. We are really sorry that the item arriving slightly later than initially anticipated has caused you inconvenience. The ETA given was end of Jan and your actual delivery will be 4th Feb.

This is an extremely surprising review, we have checked and the last order you had with us was over 2 years ago and there were no issues of any kind with your orders, all of which you placed online and not with our sales team over the phone. Is it possible that this review may have been intended for another retailer? If not then we would appreciate it if you contacted our Operations Manager Julie to discuss your comments as we are more than a little surprised/confused and we would absolutely insist on investigating this thoroughly. Apologies that this happened, the couriers were really struggling with driver/staff shortages due to COVID and Brexit so at times logistics fell short of our usual standards for which we are truly sorry. Glad we managed to get you all sorted in the end. Sorry again for the inconvenience.
