“Very pleased with the T piece you sent me to go with the thermostatic towel heater. Your T piece has a much deeper thread than the ones I had tried so the radiator no longer leaks! You should recommend that customers buy your T piece when ordering your heaters so they avoid the issues I had!”

“Towel rail arrived quickly, in good condition and as expected. It works well, however, programming and connecting to wifi is a bit fiddly with the small screen at the bottom of the heater.”

Thank you for your 5 star review. The 3 days is just to report any missing items or damage. You of course are still covered under the manufacturer warranty for anything other than this.

“Product bought came well packed and in time, there was a variation in weight on postage sticker it was 28kg and invoice 42kg. On preparation for installing plumber thought best to have feet as radiator was closer to 40kg weight. I phoned through to helpline as online the delivery only had a ' standard' option and we needed a quicker time. I explained all this about no option for one day delivery from website and the agent was quite abrupt and just told me to follow the website process, i did it again and still no option for one-day so i phoned again and a lovely lady , Jasmine explained that the standard delivery option will automatically be one day. The abrupt response from the first agent was unnecessary and indeed possibly avoided had your website delivery option be clearer. Review on product will depend on time.”

“We ordered two apollo modena aluminium radiators. Everything went smoothly from ordering to delivery. They are now installed and working brilliantly, we may have paid a bit more for aluminium radiators but Trade radiators were the most cost effective out of all the suppliers and I'm glad we chose them, very happy to recommend.”

“Incredibly good customer service which is rare when goggling and buying radiators online. Probably a bit more expensive than others but being able to easily speak to someone on the phone is invaluable. Item dispatched within a day, received within 1 working day! Definitely recommended.”

“I ordered 3 radiators two weeks ago and I just found out today that one of them was damaged as my plumber only got to me today. I called the company and was told that I should have checked the item within 3 days of receipt and that there was nothing they could do. My only choice is to buy another one! I will avoid this company at all cost in the future. Very poor customer service.”

Thank you for your review, we do have this policy in our terms and conditions and again in your order confirmation email and dispatch email. The damage was not reported to us until over two weeks after delivery. As a good will gesture, the replacement was given to you at a reduced cost.
