“Quality defect with radiator tails. Machined incorrectly causing the tails to weep. Complaint submitted to the info e mail box”

“Spoke to customer service representative because the articles I needed were coming up as out of stock When online they were not I informed the person who would investigate but in meantime would I accept a more expensive type as I needed the articles fairly soon and they arrived within 24 hours.”

“Well before delivery, I called and left a message to call me as I wanted to change my order… No call was made, I was unable to change my order. I was also told that the delivery driver would call me an hour before, to let me know when delivery would be made, I wanted to be home to be able to check the item … No call was made, I was not home. The item was left with a neighbour … No note was left at my home telling me where my delivery had been left, neighbour had to contact me. I certainly hope that the item is in perfect condition (not yet opened it), I also hope that all the parts are included. I don’t know who made the delivery or when. The packaging does not appear damaged.”

When arranging delivery, you were called and a specific date was confirmed with you to ensure it would be suitable and that someone would be available to accept the delivery. “Radiators was amazing. But found hard to return extra valves that I purchased so I just kept them on van for van stock”
