“I ordered a curved radiator with dual fuel element all Chrome finish. The package arrived only a couple of days later, everything was exceptionally well protected. There was an issue with the electrical element not working, I contacted Trade Radiators who sent me a Questionnaire via email, (Mainly about ensuring correct installation) I answered that & they made the decision to replace the element under warranty. The new element arrived a day later, that was brilliant service.”

“Ordered three Apollo Roma column rads, one in a colour. The white ones arrived very quickly, the coloured one we didn’t like the swatch sent so TR swapped it for a white one no problem, refunded difference straight away and dispatched the white one for delivery with in two days. Amazing service.”

“For a start i would advise the home powners to wear dark glasses so they dont see the mess of the floor boards, but one thing that gets on my nerves is not denailing the floorboards, one slip and that nail could be in your eye or anywhere else, not sure if i learnt anything from the video as he talked to fast.”

“Good value, speedy delivery and excellent customer service We were missing the vales from the delivery. Called customer service, they looked into it straight away and had picture evidence that they were delivered to the concierge desk.
