Dear Michael, thank you for taking the time to review you purchase. I have checked your order which was placed on 30th May, on that same day we sent you a dispatch notification email confirming your delivery date for the following day (31st) and providing you with the tracking information for the delivery. The goods were delivered on 31st as planned and advised, signed for at 2.20pm. “Getting fed up that the only 3 of the 5 radiators we have ordered have arrives and 2 keep getting put back saying they are coming later. The guys on the phone however have been very helpful.”

“I purchased 21 radiators from Trade Radiators for a house refurbishment. They arrived promptly and were of good quality. Some months later an expensive aluminium radiator sprung a very small leak. I sent them a picture of the damage and they sent a replacement without question and without delay. It is very rare to find a company so pleasant to deal with and prepared to do the right thing when a problem occurred, I would not hesitate to recommend them and will buy from them again. First class.”

“i purchased 2 Aluminium radiators three years ago, all was fine until each radiator started to leak. i contact Stacey at Trade radiators and explained what was happening and that i did not have the original receipts. They located my purchase asked me to send a couple of pictures of the radiators, on receipt of the pictures they agreed to replace both radiators without fuss or hesitation. I now have 2 new radiators, there handling and customer service has been exceptional.”
