“Radiators arrived in excellent condition well packaged but I waited in all day then I received a phone call at 6:30 pm saying they couldn't deliver till the next morning. Waisted a whole day.”

“I recently purchased two 1600x400 column rads. One was packed well and all the contents were in there. One had clearly been repacked, double tape on the box, top rad bleed screw were fitted, only half the quantity of fixings and the rubber inserts for the brackets were cut too short to be of any use. Not very good final inspection or quality control.”

“I rate good and not very good due to, the radiator arrived when they said it would BUT the office told me to check it was ok before I signed for it but as it was a courier and not from the store he did not have time to wait for me to check it so I had to accept it. When the plumber arrived he found a small chip on the enamel which i let go as he was there and as it was down on the left had corner you cannot notice it, but its still a chip. It would have been too must hassle to re arrange the plumber and to return it, at probably my expense. :-(”

“The courier didn’t deliver and said they had. I had to call on a daily basis from that day til the middle of week following to make sure my order was delivered.”

“Really quick delivery, rads are great just a little damage to grills. ( I think every rad I have ever bought with a grill has had some damage)!!”

“Delivery man refused to allow the recipient to sign for the item as "UNCHECKED". Instead deleted this "signature" and asked for the name of the recipient and signed on behalf of recipient”
