“The towel radiator is great. I wanted quite a large one, in anthracite, but not at a large price! The one from Trade Radiators has now been fitted and it looks sleek and stylish, just as I had hoped. Thanks”

“Good price on radiator and valves . Promised next day delivery if ordered before 2pm. Unfortunately only the valves arrived the radiator was nowhere to be seen. Telephone call to Trade Radiators explaining the problem. I had a plumber waiting to fit same items! Was told it was a mix up with transport company who for some strange reason had split the order and sent it to different depots. The radiator did arrive before the noon the next day, but by that time my plumber wasn't available and i'm still waiting for it to be fitted. The product appears to be in god order but cannot test it yet!”

“Order Number: AG06DL40184609 Order Date: 26 March 2018 07:54 GMT Delivery confirmed for 27th I phoned to chase at 1500 and was advised it was not out for delivery It would be out the following day 28th and I would get a call in the morning after 9.30 to confirm This didn't happen After three phone calls I'm told it is out for delivery but will be late afternoon NOT GOOD ENOUGH Tony Glover”

Thanks for your review. Purely for clarification purposes - when you ordered you were fully aware that the items were out of stock with an ETA (ESTIMATED time of arrival) of end Feb and mid March and advised that this may be subject to change. The mid March items were subsequently pushed back until April which we informed you of apologetically as soon as we were given this info by the factory. We have offered alternative items which you declined and have opted to wait for the original items. We apologise again for the inconvenience of the delays, which you have chosen to stick with for your desired items. “I have just bought a Victorian Cast Iron radiator which turned up in excellent condition. Well wrapped and with all parts included. I mistakenly asked for normal wall stays so had to order additional parts to enable these to be fixed to wood panelling. This was with me in less than 24 hours. The service provided throughout and the communication has been excellent and I will be using Trade Radiators again. Thank you.”

“We'd seen the same radiator elsewhere but were put off by the terms and conditions of the other supplier who wanted to charge a re-stocking fee if it became necessary to return it. I will never purchase from somewhere that charges 25% simply to put something back on a shelf. Then I found Trade Radiators, same radiator cheaper and offering a discount when we bought it. Simple Terms & Conditions. Radiator delivered when they said they would. More than happy with the service and simple transaction.”

“Do not use this company !!! Customer service is shocking , they charged us £270 for the privilege of NO goods due to misinformation on their website , then were unable to resolve the situation because the managing director does not deal with complaints !!! What a way to run a company ... very disappointed”

The review you have given is disappointing as hugely inaccurate and unfair. It's most unfortunate that you didn't read about the product before ordering or indeed read any of our helpful emails sent to you about this. We have in fact gone above and beyond in our service by agreeing to take back a non-returnable item which we did to help you. There are deductions on 'made to order' products (courier charges, materials and labour) which is made very clear and was explained to you clearly also. We are not obliged to agree to return/refund your 'made to order product' but we did this by way of providing exceptional service. In future we would suggest reading about a product or calling a company for information if you'd rather not read details online or read any of your emails. We are here to help always and have exceeded our service to you as we do with all of our customers. It's a real shame you didn't take the time to find out about this (beautiful) product prior to ordering.

“Excellent service, prompt dispatch, although some issues with the delivery guy who was reluctant to have my signature. He finally produced the machine but said that nobody checks them anyway. Well, that’s good isn’t it?”

“I had been looking for ages for a traditional style electric radiator that would fit in my small bathroom. All of the ones I had previously looked at protruded in to the room too much and when I found one that didn't it was so expensive. The Avon traditional rail is brilliant as its projection is only 155mm and it can also be converted to work off of the central heating. It came so quickly after ordering and was great value for money and super looking. I am so glad that I found Trade Radiators as I nearly gave up on traditional and went for the modern rail instead. I would highly recommend this company.”
