“I hate doing a review when I've only had it 5 minutes. Why don't people wait till you've had the product for a while so you can give a true and accurate. review. It's a radiator. It gets hot and it's warm when central heating's on, but much more than that, I can't tell you. I've only had it five minutes”

“Ordered 15 radiators in two styles. Nordic column rads and Kartel rads. Orders arrived on different days understandnly as different manufacturers but both when promised. Service from Gemma was excellent and she detailed things spot on. For a fairly large order I was concerned that I may have issues but everything was good. In the process now of installing and fingers crossed the good experience continues. M.Smith”

“Very quick delivery. Just got it installed and up and running now. Great heat, very happy with functionality, the display not the simplest for my elderly parents, have had to ignore the boost function as too complex for them. Buttons are a hit or miss as flush and the dial is at the floor which isn't great as they can get down there, however seems like a good product.”

“We have replaced the radiator in our conservatory with a very modern-style aluminium 9600 BTU model from Trade Radiators. We are extremely pleased with it. It gives out an amazing amount of heat, and looks really smart. The adjustable supports were especially handy during the installation, to get it exactly level. The delivery was early by a day, and the driver helped to get it into the house, even though the contract was for kerb side delivery. Handy as it weighed about 38kg. Our only minor comment is that we were not warned of the delivery so it was fortunate that we were at home. I would not hesitate in recommending this company for their products and service.”
