“Excellent order fulfilment - everything delivered promptly in shorter timeframes than advertised. Minor cosmetic damage to one item and superb customer service sorting it out within 24 hrs. Plumber is silently cursing my choice, but I'm very happy with Trade Radiators and would highly recommend.”

“They sent over £200 worth of radiator feet simply thrown in a box with minimal packaging that they were badly chipped on arrival. The solution was to send me some paint that I now have to spend my time painting them.”

Hi Dominic, thank you for your review. I am sorry that the feet you ordered arrived damaged. I can see from your order that you contacted us to let us know about the damage and we offered you two solutions, replacements for them all or touch up paint and you opted to go for the paint option which we have agreed to send you as per your request. We were closed for the bank holiday yesterday so that is why we were unable to get back to you until this morning. We do advise to thoroughly check all goods before booking in your plumber so that if anything like this happens we have the chance to rectify it before your plumber is due to arrive. Apologies again.

“Lovely valves. Dispatched quickly. Royal Mail then held on to them for a week which was frustrating but I phoned Trade Radiators to see if they could chase it with Royal Mail. They said they would look into it and phone back. Call me cynical but I didn’t think anything would actually happen! But the next day I got a call back to say they would be delivered that day, and they were! And in time for the plumber too! Thanks so much!”
