“I have used this company many times over the years with two houses. I have found customer services to be excellent and the radiators brilliant. I ordered the black steel ones and I’ve had cast iron ones which are absolutely beautiful. Never had a problem with this company always professional and products delivered on time.”

“After waiting 12 days had to contact to be told there was a problem with delivery and then was informed 3 days later that delivery was imminent and it was, feel I should have been informed when they knew they had a problem and not wait until I complained”

“Purchased an anthracite vertical radiator and corner valves. Did attempt to do so online, however, there was a glitch with the website. Phoned Trade Radiators who checked and confirmed the issue and took my order over the phone. The order arrived quickly 2 or 3 days later. Fantastic service would definitely use it again.”
