“The radiator clearly opened before, dented in multiple places and touched up with white paint, and no instructions on how to fit. This is the replacement one sent that cost me more money than the original one I order that was then told was out of stock.”

“Prompt delivery with good communication. The after-sales team are amazing, sorted an issue promptly with zero fuss. The rad itself is good quality, instructions are adequate, mine was missing the right and left indicators on the bushings but go easy and it's obviously easy to work out. Overall very happy.”

“Insufficient instructions concerning left and right-hand thread on fittings. When fitting the valve or top vent you can be undoing the end cap as you tighten the fitting as threaded in opposite directions. To tighten even with a cloth to protect the paint it's just not possible as not flat so paint is removed. Chipped paint when delivered. Poor quality”

“Radiator arrived but no valves as the courier had stolen them from the order. Your customer service was very good and the replacement valves arrived very quickly. However, I also had another radiator delivered with the replacement valves so I had to contact your customer service dept. to organise another courier to pick up the surplus radiator. Overall, the service was acceptable, I eventually got what I ordered and if I was being picky a thankyou email recognising my honesty in returning the surplus rad would of been appreciated.”

“Firstly their website allowed be to select the most appropriate radiator for my requirements with an abundance of information and at a price which I thought was reasonable. I was kept informed about the delivery which was quick and no fuss. The radiator was efficiently packaged which meant no damage on arrival. Exactly as described and looks good. Will definitely recommend and use again 👍.”

Thank you for your review. Having checked your order I can see the item was returned as you had ordered one too many, not due to any problems with the product. The item was collected from you on the 1st March and a refund was processed on the 13th March. Returns take time to come back and then be processed by the warehouse following which the refund instruction can then go through, all returns follow the same procedure.
