“Radiator turned out to be fractured and once heat was applied to radiator through the night. It started leaking. Liability was excepted by Trade radiators sending out a new radiator but this didn’t cover the cost I had to pay out for a emergency plumber to remove the radiator and the damage to my new wooden floor.”

“Although the rad we wanted was on back order, we were emailed it could arrive in a few week time and true to their word it did. The transport company let us know it would be arriving on a certain day and rang 30 minutes before delivery and were very helpful and pleasant. Yes I would buy from them again. Nice service nice product.”

“speedy service. Nice to deal with a company that answers the phone to customers! Only problem was that the pipe at top left of radiator was kinked, but due to lack of time to return and replace, plumber has worked round it. You wouldn't notice it from a casual look but it's not properly symmetrical.”
