“ordered 11:05am arrived next morning before 8am, just a pity the delivery person didn't ring the door bell and found them propped up against the wall in high winds, fortunately hadn't blown over. well packaged and when opened no damage. Stunning radiators at an amazing price!”

“Good service. Radiator came with a blemish on the back. Seems like a lump of solder or something. Nothing that will bee seen when hung so did not send back. That was the only reason a star was dropped.”

Your items should be 100% perfect and we would have preferred to replace the item and would have done so had we been given the opportunity. Apologies for your inconvenience.

“I initially thought I had 'problems' with my designer radiator. When up and running it gave off a trickling sound. I went online and found many reasons given for this---incorrectly piped, filled too fast etc. But when I raised the pressure on my boiler to 1.5 bar, the problem disappeared. One word of caution though: this type of radiator (designer) does not convect as well as traditional models”

“Radiator turned out to be fractured and once heat was applied to radiator through the night. It started leaking. Liability was excepted by Trade radiators sending out a new radiator but this didn’t cover the cost I had to pay out for a emergency plumber to remove the radiator and the damage to my new wooden floor.”
