“First time that I've used Trade Radiators, and glad to say it's been a pleasure. Bought a double panel for my kitchen, which gets pretty chilly in the winter, and now it heats up lovely. Got it at a very reasonable price too. It arrived on time and was very well packed. No issues at all.”

“I bought 2 of the Talrads Ascot designer vertical radiators to add as a new radiator in hallway and to replace an old one in the lounge. They're great value and a good price from them, and most importantly Trade Radiators dispatched quickly and they arrived with no hitches.”

“We found the website easy to use and were able to find the radiator we were looking for. The filters could be improved but we worked through these. Amanda Frazer who responded to my technical enquiries was brilliant and continued to demonstrate fantastic customer service right up until me ordering. The radiator and extra arrived in good time and were well packaged. However, the stainless steel towelrail had a few small scratches which was disappointing but not enough for me to return it. Being stainless steel I was able to polish these blemishes out. Quality assurance checks possibly need improving. Good price so on balance generally satisfied with service.”

“Products exactly as described and good quality. Delivery was prompt. I'd managed to order one of the items incorrectly, but the after sales service was excellent and within a week I had the correct item without any fuss or delay, obvs i paid the return transport fee but i really appreciated the very prompt help, advice and resolution to my mistake, really really good service.”

“Paid for a radiator online, it was delivered in a box not damaged is this something that needs a review? You didn’t fail to carry this out and I don’t see how you can excel at sending a box via a courier to my home address.”
