“Brought a radiator 4 months ago and only just put it up, when I was filling it up I noticed there was air coming out, so checked the top of the radiator and realised it had a dent in it. So got straight onto them and Kimberley was more than happy to help and is sending out a replacement radiator but not the same as the double isn’t in stock, also refunding me the difference. There was no issue whatsoever and was more than happy to help! Definitely worth 5stars!!! Thank you so much.”

“Ordered a towel rad on Friday. Arrived well packaged and undamaged the following Monday. Great Service! The product is first-class and had all the necessary accessories to convert to electric only. Great prices and superb service - what's not to like?”

“I went with Trade Radiators because they were able to supply the two radiators and all the bits and bobs I wanted in one go. Ordering was straightforward and delivery was within the timescales quoted for individual items on their website. Everything was properly wrapped and well protected with delivery by a two-man team. All told a good experience and I would recommend them.”

“I ordered the radiator. A few days later (including the weekend) they contacted me with a proposed delivery date which wasn't very easy for me soi I contacted them, pretty easily, and agreed on a new date. It was delivered on that date, within the allotted time slot and in perfect condition. As I was away the drive carried it into the house for my wife, he was charming was her comment. The price was competitive and the service good so I have to give them full marks.”

“The service from Trade Radiators was excellent , very helpful and quick delivery . However the carrier you used to deliver my order was very poor , when they turned up with my order the driver refused to carry it from his van to my front door as he said it was too heavy , he stood and watched my daughter inlaw struggle to lift it off the van and carry it to the door he wouldn't even help her ( I was at work and she was alone waiting for the delivery ) . I have put in a complaint to Hermes and await the outcome ! . I suggest you give your business to another carrier !”

“Happy with radiators now that they have arrived. However, the delivery was confusing and ended up meaning I had to be in for two whole days as the messages from different carriers was contradictory. As a first time buyer of radiators, it would have been helpful if it was clearly explained that they would come without valves.”

“Trade Radiators are fine unfortunately possibly the transport caused a small dent I wasn't there to collect it and it was spotted by my installer who needed to finish the job, we are away for a month, but he sent us pictures of the minor but prominent damage.”

Your items should be 100% perfect and will have left that way, this is most likely transit damage. We would have preferred to replace the item and would have done so had we been given the opportunity. Apologies for your inconvenience.
