“Very pleased with the heated towel rail. Looks much better than the radiator the plumber installed in our small en-suite. It cost me money to change it but it’s well worth it.”

“Good product at a good price. Could do with instruction what the little white clips are for. The one's that go on the radiator bracket so the radiator is not rubbing against metal to metal and possibly stops vibration. Apart from having to go on the web to find out I give a 5 out of 5 for product, service and delivery.”

“Ordered towel rail 3 weeks ago. Still hasn't arrived. Called for an update 5 times kept getting told awaiting for update from courier. Asked for a refund but will have to wait for 'update from courier'. Bathroom job and plumber on hold. Won't use again.”

“When I originally ordered the valves they were out of stock. Trade Radiators provided a date for resupply and they arrived 24 hours earlier than expected. I can’t fault their service. I have shopped with them before and will continue to shop with them in the future. Very reliable and trustworthy.”

“Honest trader, I enquired about a Casina Verticle Anthracite Radiator, he said it was in stock and it was! I'd been let down by two other companies who took my money knowing they could not supply so I was wary.....no need! Friendly efficient service over the telephone, straight forward advice and super quick delivery. I was out when the delivery man arrived and he called me to see where he should leave the radiator. GREAT Service!!”
