“The radiator is of good quality, Trade Radiators was the only outlet that I could find this particular size, which was to replace an old imperial sized rad. Cannot fault the company on its packaging, it would have been virtually impossible for it to be damaged in transit. But have two niggles; a very minor one was that there was paperwork for another customer inside the packaging with his address on. Secondly courier took an age to deliver, Order was placed on the 18/09/24 TR notified me it had been didpatched, but after 3 or 4 days the courier rang to say they would deliver in a weeks time 01/10/24.”

Whilst I am pleased you are happy with your purchase we are terribly sorry that the experience was nowhere near as smooth as it should have been with regards to the deliver. The courier service has let us all down here which is not our usual standards at all. Apologies again that your experience was far from ideal. We do hope we get another chance to look after you in the future.

Any issues (including missing parts) should be reported to our Customer Service team ASAP to allow us the opportunity to rectify this for you which we would do right away.
