“Despatched just what I wanted - a smart and adjustable heating element drying the towels on our bathroom radiator after our last stone-age one burnt-out - and quickly delivered so there weren't many cold nights in the bath. Thanks”

Apologies for the delay John, the courier company did try and contact you about this delivery on a couple of occasions but there was difficulty with your phone line. The delivery was re-booked for you and has now been successfully delivered.

Hi Stewart, thank you for your review. I have tried to call you regarding this but have been unable to reach you. Firstly please accept my apologies for the item you originally ordered being out of stock. I can see that when the order was placed our warehouse advised us that the towel rail have unfortunately went out of stock which we immediately emailed you to let you know and offered a free upgrade to a more expensive alternative. You did not contact us to advise you wanted to amend the order to that one but instead you went ahead and placed a new order for the alternative so we did not know we had to cancel the original one. Had you of contacted us we would have amended the order at our end and you would not have had to pay again. I can confirm I have now refunded you for the out of stock item and I have also processed a refund on the new order for the difference in price. If you require any further assistance please do not hesitate to contact us. - Kim
