“The Trade Direct Saturn is a nice radiator to look at, but the tail pipe connectivity design is non existent. The tail pipes are screwed in and held in solely by PTFE tape which I still haven't been able to seal properly. I have to drain and try again for the third time. Not good!”

The radiator is straight forward and should be really easy for your fitter to install. If you're attempting to fit yourself we would always advise using a professional installer to ensure it's fitted correctly the first time and to ensure your guarantee remains valid.

“Please change your courier. I had to be available for over 2 and a half days - no information from APC and seemingly no confidence in their service. Its not much to ask to receive a 2 hour delivery window and when I arrange a full day to receive the parcel and for nothing to turn up - and still not have information is poor.”

Sorry you weren't in when the courier tried to deliver on your notified delivery date, they always attempt redelivery the following working day unless the customer contacts them requesting to collect from the depot instead. You do have both options for your convenience. We're glad you're happy with your new heated towel rail. Thanks for shopping with us.
