“Firstly can I single out one particular member of staff called ‘Amanda’ who was extremely helpful, polite and nothing was too much trouble. She went out of her way to ensure a speedy delivery for which we are most grateful ! Secondly, the overall customer service was “First Class” and we will DEFINITELY be coming back to purchase from Trade Radiators in the not too distant future. “Quick delivery and product looks good, however the wrong colour radiator was in the box so didn’t match the other one ordered. 2 weeks later, numerous emails and calls and still no further forward, delaying progress of the extension now. Keep getting told you are looking into it but no one gets back to me.”

“Ordered online at the weekend and radiator arrived Tuesday morning well packaged, checked it like trade radiators recommend and noticed a slight gap on the radiator joint but nothing major so kept it for plumber to fit who said it was one of the more straightforward vertical radiators to fit, overall very impressed.”

“The rad I bought has small lugs braised to the back face that are used to mount it to the wall. When the instructions said drill the holes precisely they weren't kidding. I measured across and down and diagonal and still ended up a couple of mm out. Not a very forgiving mounting system and very little room for error. Nice rad filled easily and works well. Smart Thermostat was a waste of money on Economy 7 as it looses programming on power down and just retains the temperature setting which is fine, but a cheaper one (not smart) would have done the same job.”
