“I dealt with Samantha and Yasmin who were both very helpful and responded quickly to my emails. Apart from the courier fluffing up with the second part of my delivery which never arrived, something which Yasmin sorted quickly and arranged for replacements to be sent out that day which arrived the next. Excellent service and very pleased with the radiator, excellent BTU's far higher than competitors and at an excellent price!”

Thanks Mr Hickey. You may have forgotten that you actually ordered an out of stock item, you 'pre-ordered' the valves meaning you get a dispatch email (following the order confirmation email you already have) when they are back in stock and being dispatched to you. The order is in place exactly as it should be so your review is more than a little unfair.
