“Great product at a great price and delivered quicker than was expected. Heating calculator makes finding the right rad for your room a breeze. The "Saturn" vertical radiator looks fantastic and a massive modern upgrade over the old horizontal Kudox panel type 22 unit it replaced.”

“Our experience dealing with them was very good. I would have given the 5 stars, but the carrier they used, Tuffnells, let them down badly. Promising to deliver but not turning up, then turning up late when the builders had gone home and the site was locked.”

Apologies that this happened, the couriers were really struggling with driver/staff shortages due to COVID and Brexit so at times logistics fell short of our usual standards for which we are truly sorry. Glad we managed to get you all sorted in the end. Sorry again for the inconvenience.

“Purchased a bronze-coloured vertical radiator. Loved the colour but it was not made clear on the website or when I phoned up to order that there would be black marks down the front of the tubes. When I contacted customer service I was informed that it was to be expected and there was nothing they could do. If I had been informed before purchase I would not have bought as its a feature in the room and looks silly. An expensive mistake and poor response from custimer service.”

Sorry the finish was not as you'd imagined. The 'brass lacquer' finish you ordered is a clear lacquer over a raw metal radiator, it's not paint (which hides all the natural manufacturing lines on the radiator). We do have clear images on the website to show this. It's a very striking and stylish finish which is guaranteed to be admired and much complimented.

“let's be clear, I would not hesitate to order one of the smaller rads again, the system and service were fine, this turned up fine and in good condition, but I would be less likely to order a rad over 1.5m . This is because of the courier aspect and potential poor handling. my large rad had several dents and scuffs due to only one man being tasked with oversized and heavy delivery. It clearly had been dropped and dragged which resulted in the damage incurred.”

“Ordered on 5th September, then told there was no stock, waited a month for radiator to arrive, it arrived damaged. Arrange for a return and refund nobody collected, by this time credit card bill due. Radiator is now paid for, 2 wasted days off work so far as it is an all day delivery service could be anytime or not at all! Decided to wait for them to exchange, don't think I had a choice. Still waiting, delivery due this Monday 15th November. Wanted radiator in before the cold weather, now having to run a dehumidifier in my front room with no heating as is getting damp. My radiator now in the Black Friday deal but no compensation offered. Fingers crossed for Monday.........................”

We did advise at the time of ordering that the radiator was out of stock and not due in until the end of September, it did arrive as anticipated and we arranged delivery with you at that time. Apologies that the item suffered some transit damage, we then had to wait a week or so for more stock. We did manage to deliver and collect and are sorry that it took longer than usual for this process. We also refunded you £30 at that time. Sorry again for the inconvenience.

“Fantastic company, ordered several parts one day everything delivered the following day. They used 2 couriers + Royal mail to get all the parts to me. I was kept informed throughout as to who would be delivering what and at what time. Just can't fault them.”

“Ordered seven radiators based on price and unfortunately experienced a couple of issues with my order. This review could have gone one of two ways depending on the customer service and after sales care, which i can confirm is excellent. Jade Gould from the customer care department took complete ownership of my issues and resolved all of them, keeping me informed by e-mail and telephone throughout.
