“The only thing I can say is Amanda and Yasmin was absolutely Amazing, they walked my journey with me even though at times it was difficult but, looking at my Radiators that was fitted yesterday made me understand Trade Radiators are the best in the business if I could give one million STARS I would Thank you Team outstanding Service”

“Really happy with the purchase. Was really dissapointed with the delivery though. We were in the garden when the radiators were delivered and Tufnell's, the courier, forged my signature saying I'd signed for it. Not happy at all about that.”

Our sincere apologies that this happened, the couriers were really struggling with driver/staff shortages due to COVID and Brexit so at times logistics fell short of our usual standards for which we are truly sorry. Glad you are happy with your purchase though. Sorry again for the inconvenience.

“Ordered a towel rail and heating element but arrived with no fluid - that costs extra! Told by customer ‘service’ that I hadn’t ordered it as an electric radiator even though there was an electric element on the order! Bathroom project delayed as a result. Be careful with these people.”

Thanks for your review, as you are aware, you didn't order the towel rail as electric but as standard, then you ordered a completely separate element. The separate element would of course allow you to convert the rail to electric with a 'fluid filling conversion kit' (which you didn't order). When we explained this to try and help you, you became very angry and aggressive insisting that it was our fault and not an ordering error on your part, which you then latterly apologised for upon realising it was in fact your own error.

“Efficient ordering process and quick delivery. Courier however did not let me sign for as ‘unchecked’ as per the site advised. Both boxes visibly damaged so I was worried. I was told I could not sign due to Covid. So had to trust he would write ‘unchecked’ on his hand terminal. I took pictures at my door showing the damage to the boxes. Later when I opened them all was good. Internally they had been packed well. So fine in the end. Karen Lucas”

“Placed my order then I received e Mail to say that the radiator was out of stock. I was offered another same model But in a different colour. I accepted this. I never received any information that this was on its way and when I e mailed I was told I would receive an e Mail when it was dispatched Never heard a thing for well over the delivery timescale. I e mailed again more than once and never received a reply. I had to end up phoning to be told that there was an error made with stock levels and it was out of stock. I did think of going elsewhere but with having someone booked to fit this I decided to check for another radiator. I called back with the one I wanted and I have to say from here the service was excellent. It was ordered I was partially refined for the difference in the price and received goods 2 days later as promised. For this part I would score them a 5. If only they had kept me informed at the beginning I would have scored higher”

“Can not fault the customer service. I ordered a Vertical column radiator that was out of stock. When the radiator was out for the delivery I got email to say it has been dispatched, 5 days later it has still not arrived. Called the Radiators Direct to chase it up and the girl who I spoke to said she will issue me another one with the next day delivery. She was friendly, polite and apologetic. What a great customer service. They use external courier so it wasn't actually their fault but she couldn't be more helpful. This was our third purchase and we will defiantly order again. Highly recommended.”
