“We have replaced the radiator in our conservatory with a very modern-style aluminium 9600 BTU model from Trade Radiators. We are extremely pleased with it. It gives out an amazing amount of heat, and looks really smart. The adjustable supports were especially handy during the installation, to get it exactly level. The delivery was early by a day, and the driver helped to get it into the house, even though the contract was for kerb side delivery. Handy as it weighed about 38kg. Our only minor comment is that we were not warned of the delivery so it was fortunate that we were at home. I would not hesitate in recommending this company for their products and service.”

“Excellent products and prices. Dispatched in good time however the delivery company let you down as they messed up delivery on the day they said it would be delivered and had to redeliver. Also would be useful to have had a delivery time slot.”

“I ordered 8 radiators, which were delivered quickly (and free) at a great price. I was worried about buying rads on the internet because they could get damaged in transit but the rads were really well packed with protective strips and cardboard all around. The couriers (arrowXL) were brilliant and delivered the rads in to the house rather than just dropping them at the kerb. All in all, I'm extremely pleased with the rads, service and shipping - 10 stars out of 5! :-)”
