“So we had a couple of issues with the radiators, DHL had delivered to completely the wrong address but luckily we found it and the radiator arrive with some scratches and sticky bits on it. I emailed the queries in and logged these issues and within 1 hour a lovely lady called Amanda contacted me back straight away to solve both of these issues and we was refunded within the next hour. Unfortunatley we couldn't wait for a replacement as required today but she was very efficient and helpful”

“Ordered a radiator which was shown and is still shown in stock on their website - however after just the radiator taps showing up - no email to say the radiator was out of stock and any kind of apology - I wondered where rest of it was - called them to be told it was going to be end of the month so 4 weeks - This is not good enough”

We did email you the same day the order was placed to let you know that the warehouse had informed us that the radiator was out of stock and was due to arrive in around the end of June and we also offered you a discounted alternative, sorry if you did not see that. Apologies none the less for any inconvenience caused.
