“I ordered my radiators on a Monday and they were delivered on the Wednesday so excellent in that respect, I have not undone the packaging yet but have been assured that if there is anything wrong it will be rectified and have no doubt that is exactly what will happen. Delivery guy was very helpful, would totally recommend.”

“The towel radiator I ordered was badly damaged when it arrived. However, An alternative was supplied and arrived the next day. It's now fitted and looks great. Thanks to Samantha for resolving the problem so quickly. I would recommend Trade Radiators for their excellent after sakes service.”

“Website kept asking if I needed an electric thermostat for the radiator when in fact it had one ....and then again when I placed the order, it was still offering the option, so had to ring and clarify it definitely was included!! Apart from that very straightforward. Would defo recommend”

“Excellent seller, very quick delivery. The aluminium radiator that we bought is very light compared with other radiators. We didn't start using yet, the bathroom is still being refurbished. Very please with the purchase. Definitely recommend Trade Radiators.”
