“I would not be able to find a bad word to say about Trade Radiators! Excellent product, great price, warm service and perfect delivery. I have since used them again for more parts and I put some family members on to them also who had the same experience. Seems like the only part of the kitchen renovation that went with no snags!”

“Radiator is lovely, delivered well within the predicted delivery time, unfortunately the wrong size was delivered, in fairness they have ordered a replacement without quibble and I am always of the opinion that the true reflection of a company is how they react when things don’t go as planned as inevitable this sometimes happens - looking forward to the correct radiator arriving 🤣”

“Website order oayment fine fri 16th 8am, delivery 19th, immediate delay said 19th nothing delayed again, plumber cancelled 4 times. After 3 or 4 phone calls to Trade Direct and conversations with you finally arrived. 27th. Besides delay my biggest issue is with the extremely rude employee when i call enquirying as to where the radiator is, not interested in my issue, no empathy, not interested rude ....”

We’re very sorry for the inconvenience caused by the delay to your delivery and the disruption this created, including the need to rearrange your plumber multiple times. We fully appreciate how frustrating this situation must have been. We do advise not to book in any tradesmen until you have the goods in your possession incase there are any delays. When you first contacted us 4 days after the radiator was dispatched, an investigation was raised with the courier on the same day. As advised at the time, courier investigations can take up to 72 hours to complete. As soon as the courier responded to us, we updated you immediately and issued a replacement without delay. While this explains the process, it does not take away from the inconvenience you experienced, and for that we sincerely apologise. All feedback provided has been passed on. “Good prices and very responsive customer service - my only gripe is that my order was delivered in 3 parts by 3 different delivery companies, but it wasn’t clear once I’d placed the order that this would happen (I may have missed this detail if it was in the small print!), which caused some confusion at my end. But, this wasn’t swiftly clarified on calling customer service. If this detail was clearer at the point of order, this would be a 5 star review.”

“I had sent an email enquiry to the company contact form over the Christmas and New Year break. I got a very helpful and pleasant reply from Gillian at the customer services team and subsequently ordered a radiator. The radiator was delivered ontime by DHL and I found it to be a well made and nicely finished towel radiator, much better than the one I was replacing in a rented property. It fitted well and has a good guarantee period likely to outlast the previous radiator. Very pleased, would buy again from TR”
