“Not impressed. Radiator looked great, the plumber is here to hang it but when the element is screwed into the side we wanted, it is facing the wall ! seriously?? I was told it fits on both when I bought it. I would be sending it back but we can't waste any time and the plumber can't come back for months. So we've had to put it on the wrong side which faces the correct way and have the wire going accross.”

“Beautiful radiator. Absolutely delighted. Colour magnificent. Every part of the process was brilliant. Andrea and Kim in customer service were wonderful, helpful and knowledgeable. The delivery driver was great too. Can’t wait to use them again. Yes I would genuinely recommend this supplier.”

“Excellent order fulfilment - everything delivered promptly in shorter timeframes than advertised. Minor cosmetic damage to one item and superb customer service sorting it out within 24 hrs. Plumber is silently cursing my choice, but I'm very happy with Trade Radiators and would highly recommend.”
