“We ordered a curved radiator and had to provide lots of measurements which they kept sending back to us with no guidance on how to get this correct. I spoke to Kim on numerous occasions who was always very abrupt and unhelpful. In the end I cancel the order of which Kim didn’t seem slightly bothered.”

Thank you for your review Gail, I am sorry you feel this way. As these are bespoke items, and your bay is not a smooth curve, we do have to ensure the measurements are correct so that the radiator has the best fit possible. An example was provided to help give you guidance on this. We would never want to send out a product that is not suitable for you, especially as this is non returnable. “I ordered 2 radiators which were delivered promptly. However when I fitted them one of the valves had a leak. I contacted trade radiators who promptly sent out the new replacement valve. Fitted the new valve which stopped the leak so I’m very happy. Thank you for your great customer service 👍👍”

“Delivery didn't turn up on day/time stated then arrived a day late. Impact was having to hang around for while of first day in case of delivery.”
