Hi. Just wanted to give some feedback. I ordered the dogs pooping puzzle which I paid to have gift wrapped. However you didn't remove the wrapping which gave away the whole point of the puzzle so it's lost its surprise shock factor.
I feel I should get a refund for the gift wrapping at the very least given that I trusted you to pack without ruining the point of the puzzle.
