Unfortunately it looks like Royal Mail took much longer than they should have done to get this item to you. “This was my first order from toy street, but would definitely use this company again. The prices were good & the all of my items came quickly and well packaged. “Had two lovely Teddy bears delivered for two new babies .. service great Had a few problems with the delivery of the first order as they never arrived . The staff were extremely helpful and a refund given .. not their fault ... Royal Mail said they had been delivered .. but had not . I ordered again, delivered to me this time with no problem Would definitely recommend .”

“Items ordered that were in stock are not sent and though still listed in stock on the website were just refunded leaving me to pay full postage on only one item making it more expensive than elsewhere.”
