“It was the eve of lockdown 2 when I placed my online order & in my excitement at finding the puzzle I was hoping for, I completely forgot that the store in Bowthorpe, Norwich would probably be closed with the following day being the first of the new lockdown & so made the mistake of selecting the 'click & collect' option at checkout. I sent my father to see if there was a facility for the 'click & collect' service at the store & when he found there wasn't, he called your number & was told an email would be sent to myself regarding this situation. Returning home from work concerned as to how I could resolve my own made problem, I read the email from yourselves & to my complete surprise you had upgraded my delivery to 'next day' free of charge! Excellent customer service that I did not expect.”

Thanks for the feedback. To give you an update, we emailed you on the 19th with a free returns label attached and will be happy to issue you with a full refund for your faulty item. If you send us proof of postage we won't need to wait for the item to arrive and will process your refund straight away.
