“For £36 including delivery I expected something better than this. Description leads you to believe there a minor faults because this is a second. The muzzle was a strange shape (ok it’s a second) the eyes were uneven (probably because the muzzle was out of line) but, worst of all, it was filthy. It looks like a used, second hand toy. If it wasn’t for the fact that we need to replace a much loved genuine ‘my first Steiff’ for an autistic toddler it would have been returned.”

“Couldnt find a Soft toy version of Duggee anywhere without it singing etc.You wrre a life saver, my grandson loves it. Easy to order, reasonable price and fast delivery. Added Toy Street to my list of good shops for toys now. Would definately reccomend them.”

“My little ones Jelly cat bunny had been lost and I was frantically trying to find a replacement but all had long postage times or very expensive for quick delivery. You guys nit only had the bunny in srock but it was a better price than most others and super speedy delivery! Que one very happy baby boy!”

“I ordered a model car for my grandson and had not heard about the shipping date for a few days so I called mid afternoon one day. The person I spoke to said that they were due for a delivery and they would arrange for the car to be sent express at no extra cost. The car arrived next morning. Amazing service!”

“Very happy with the whole service. I spoke with someone in customer service before I placed my order online and she was very pleasant and helpful. The delivery of my package came on time as stated. The girls absolutely loved this gift and they play with it everyday!”

“The first item sent was faulty. Toy Street’s staff member I spoke to was extremely pleasant. She explained how I could return the item free of charge and said that they would send a replacement. This all went smoothly. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is that the item took many days longer to arrive in the first place than was promised, because apparently Toy Street had no stock. This was not made clear online. When I phoned about the delay I was told stock was expected and the item overnight. However, it was another 3 days before this happened.”

“Item purchased as a gift. It arrived with a missing part. Toy story dealt with this and arranged for piece to be sent. Sadly it arrived at the billing address in Glasgow and not the shipping address in Surrey Faulty item them left me out of pocket and inconvenienced.”
