“Ordered item on 16th October and finally received on 1st November. Delays were caused by an error on the website and the item not being in stock. These things happen but my issue is that it wasn't until I rang them that I found this out. Had to contact numerous times to get an update, kept being told different dates and never received the item so had to contact yet again. Prices are good but definitely not the best customer service. Also had a disappointed little girl who received her birthday present late because of all of this.”
