“The first item sent was faulty. Toy Street’s staff member I spoke to was extremely pleasant. She explained how I could return the item free of charge and said that they would send a replacement. This all went smoothly. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is that the item took many days longer to arrive in the first place than was promised, because apparently Toy Street had no stock. This was not made clear online. When I phoned about the delay I was told stock was expected and the item overnight. However, it was another 3 days before this happened.”

“Item purchased as a gift. It arrived with a missing part. Toy story dealt with this and arranged for piece to be sent. Sadly it arrived at the billing address in Glasgow and not the shipping address in Surrey Faulty item them left me out of pocket and inconvenienced.”

“Absolute joke of a company! Been over A week waiting for a delivery only to be told 4 of 5 items are out of stock! Website at the time of ordering didn’t show this! Been lied to by 4 different staff members on delivery dates. Avoid at all costs!! Stick to Smyths and Hamleys.”

“48 hour delivery Arrived after 2 weeks no reply’s to emails One item was the total wrong thing I ordered and one was OOS but was sending it within 3 days 5 days later still received nothing AND no reply to email AVOID THIS COMPANY They sent wrong items and no items Lost money on postage and waited in for days Waste of time”

“Toys were perfect and the price was amazing. Only issue is the postcode was cut off on the label and my parcel was stuck on a warehouse conveyor belt for two weeks and arrived after my daughter’s birthday. I will buy from Again though.”
