“Items (platypus) were both great. Couldn’t find them anywhere else online. Ordered on 7th Dec and they arrived on 20th. Took such a very long time to come. Will probably not order again to be honest. The wait before Christmas was excruciating. I could not believe the lead time would be the delivery date.”

“A bit disappointed with the delivery time. Ordered 3 plush cats on 5th December for my daughters who recently lost a pet, with delivery stated as 48 hours. It was a full week later before I even had a follow-up email to say that the items had been despatched. When you pay for a 48 hour courier, that's what you should get.”
