“Placed an order 2 weeks,I’ve yet to receive this I’ve had no email or tracking number and I’ve emailed the company numerous times and had no reply and when I ring the number it says they are closed !! Not happy about this”

“It is now three months since I placed the order which I have not received, it is now well over two months past the estimated date of delivery. Although I have sent two emails over the past week neither have been responded to. Very disappointing and unacceptable service.”

“I ordered two plush toys ( internationally shipped to Australia )!. Their pricing was great , shipping was fast and tracked and they kept me up to date . Toys were received in perfect condition and excellent quality . Am planning to order again soon when I can afford to add more I my collection! Excellent company and if you are ordering from overseas don’t hesitate. Keep up the great service , Toy street .”

“Still waiting on an item that hasn't come yet and I wonder if a robot will respond or an actual person because most likely they wouldn't care to respond to people who spent their hard earned money on people who can't even send the item straight away”

“I have been waiting for my order for over 1 week. no one answers the phone or responds to e-mails because they want their money back. I lost money and time. I do not recommend shopping here!”

“Everything arrived well packaged and as described. No complaints whatsoever, and would use again. Once I placed the order, I was then was slightly concerned whether I would receive items... as there wasn't the usual amount of emails ref delivery updates. However when I placed the order I was advised of the delivery timeframe (approx 2 weeks) and the items came within this timeframe, so all good. I also telephoned them just to check after a week and got straight through. I was advised they were still awaiting an item to complete the delivery. If you want Amazon service (eg next day) and Amazon prices, then order through Amazon, but don't forgot there are other companies trying to compete and offer just as good service, but maybe a take a little longer. Would buy again through them.”
