“Dear Toy Street Staff, I ordered recently an ‘Owl Plush Toy’ from your webpage. The mailing address is in Madrid and I had no trouble while doing the online purchase. Nonetheless, it was supposed to be delivered today (November 5th) and it hasn’t arrived. Although, I did get the ‘review/survey’ email from your company. It made me wonder... is there any thing wrong with my order? Where is the owl? I would really appreciate if you could help me figure out what is happening. This is a present for my son. Thankyou very much for your time, Best, Veronica Arredondo”

Thanks for the feedback and I'm sorry to hear you are not happy with our service. According to tracking your item was delivered on the 10th. Due to the global pandemic couriers are experiencing delays when shipping across Europe and I'm very sorry your order took a little longer than anticipated.

“I’d never heard of this site but was looking for a pink power ranger for a Christmas present. My options were limited but prices were very competitive so thought I’d give it a go. Instant confirmation email received and goods arrived a few days later. Will deffo use this site again, some great bargains!”
