“Very nice design like that you can lift basket with lid closed non stick coating only thing that would make it perfect would be a removable bowl”

“A very good item once I found out how to use it. Not having had a pressure cooker before I found the instructions that came with it very poor. I had to look up on the Internet and email Tower for more clear instructions . Putting this aside the product its self I'm happy with.”

“I would have rated this as Very Good BUT there are insufficient instructions to help a new user. I have been using this for several weeks now and still do not know how to use everything. However, I have been making the tastiest, healthiest soups I have ever made. They are quick and easy to make and I'm having soup for lunch nearly every day. I have a big Soup Maker jug, but my VitaBlend beats it hands down for quickness and for such delicious flavours. Come on Tower, you should want your users to get the benefit of this wonderful gadget. Why not include proper, easy-to-follow instructions?”

“The Saucepans and frying pans are excellent, but I have an issue with the Saucepan lids. My friend, Mrs Sanders, also bought a set and has the same problem. I did raise the issue with you, but was referred back to Ideal World. Their solution was for me to return the pans and they would inspect and repair them, taking about 28 days. WHAT DO I DO WITHOUT PANS FOR 28 DAYS?????? The metal around the lids are rusting, the liquid is getting caught between glass and metal rim and I can't get it out, I'm keeping it down by putting them in the dishwasher, twice a week. However the worst thing is the screws that hold the nob on the lids is very rusty and my solution is to buy some stainless steel screws and replace them, so far this seems to have worked. I only wanted to return the lids, but was told the whole set had to be returned and they couldn't guarantee stock for replacement if necessary - what could I do? As I said I'm pleased with the actual pans, but very very disappointed in the lids. I couldn't in all honesty recommend these pans to my friends for that reason.”

“I bought a selection of pans and frying pans for my induction hob. Most of the pans have been excellent except for the small sauce pan, which would not work on my hob but I was given a refund for this, and the large frying pan handle keeps coming loose.”

“very good non stick but I've found that on my induction hob sometimes they don't work, it's as if they are not registering them. But I will persevere with them.”

“The person I spoke to was courteous and polite dealt with my problem gave me a code to get extra 20%off however did not inform me had to join first having had a couple of problems signing up proceed to checkout and nowhere to enter code contacted tower about this and still don't know if resolved?so draw your own conclusions”
