After a delay in the start the service was fine. I think if the video should be available with the replacement part

The book for my machine got destroyed before i had a chance to learn to use it. Staff super helpful and lovely, just removing 1 star as it took them a good deal of time to reply. Once they did tho they were on the ball so have patience!!

We bought a self opening waste bin from Amazon last October. In March it failed. Amazon refused to replace it as it was outside their 30 day return policy. They told us to deal with their supplier, Electrical Emporium who refused to communicate with us. After a showdown with Amazon they refunded the £59.99 cost. We bought anther bin from Amazon and it failed in August. This time we dealt directly with Tower Customer Services. We explained the history and Sam was brilliant. They replaced the lid very promptly and without argument. The product did not make us happy and we would avoid Electrical Emporium but Sam was a star!

Sam at customer service was amazing! Placed an order that turned out was never dispatched due to error in processing which took them over 3 weeks to rectify. Item arrived but faulty and Sam was the one who saw my complaint through from beginning to end. Well done Sam for turning our negative experience into a positive one!

The agent was polite and helpful. But the reason for the 4 star rating was because I was told to cut the cord off and that It would be processed, and I would get a replacement of the original item. But than I was told that they couldn’t fulfil the replacement of the item, however I was offered good to the value of the original price item with a fair usage charge deducted of the value of good.

The only reason I gave 4* not 5* is Tower don't ship to France. Tower responded quickly to my request and followed up when I didn't reply. Excellent customer service. Shame about international shipping

Louise very helpful as u.s wth smartfone and NO.ONE ava to speakj to in office . Plse consider those who di not use technology we are abandoned..this guarantee.had took since 26 June the shop just tell u 2 telephone then.ni one there!!!

Tower contactacted me by e mail on how to extend the guarantee and it was very easy and quickly to do. Very good vacuum cleaner and price. Would recommend this product to anyone.
