I really don’t want to write a bad post as I ordered an air fryer for my wife for Christmas and it arrived within 3 days….. brilliant. However, my wife wasn’t happy with my choice of Christmas present and I now want to return it and get my money back. Unfortunately, I am finding it very difficult to contact anyone or get a response to my emails. I just want to buy a returns label which is shown in their returns policy. It is very frustrating and I can see why other comments about poor service have been made on the site. I’m hoping that I get a quick response to this so I can place a positive post. Many thanks

Unfortunately there was no recipe book included as I had expected so haven't used it yet. Disappointed as most kitchen appliances do so.

Tower a/fryer - great item BUT impossible to clean the internal trivet - it appears to be non-stick but ours certainly isn't, everything sticks to it rock hard just as if it had been epoxy resined in place. We cooked breaded fish in it yesterday and the trivet is still soaking today 20+ hours after use. Seems that I will have to take a knife to it. Also the 4 small PTFE/Silicon rubber feet on the trivet are quite loose, whoever designed the inside didn't have to use it. What is does it does very well, just be prepared for the hassle and problematic issues with cleaning the trivet thereafter.

The item looked good but still in the packaging as I realised I want the air fryer with the pull out drawer. Tower do not make it easy to return an item. I’ve looked every where on their website for returns. Not a chance. I have email 3 times and have not had no reply just automated. I will not order from Tower housewares again. I will go else where.

I still haven't received my vortex 9l daul basket air fryer so I'm not very happy at the moment.

Very disappointed in the product arrival. The unit was boxed within a box. I opened the external box, held the carry handle to the internal box and removed. Once clear of the external box the bottom of the internal box collapsed and the air fryer and contents crashed to the floor. No tape had been added to the bottom to secure Very poor standard for safe carriage.

Having been in touch regarding the breakdown of our air fryer ( which is still under warranty)we were given a ref no 655809 and asked to send you the receipt witch we did but have had no acknowledgement since can you at please send an e-mail to say that you have received it and say what happens next regards John Andrew

Vortex 12 ltr Air Fryer Oven - very disappointed with this item. Order was placed with next day delivery but arrived after 4 days. Air fryer temperature is really uneven with food at top of oven being overcooked or burnt with grill element and food at bottom of oven uncooked. The spit for cooking chicken was the only good thing. Regret buying this and would not recommend an oven style air fryer.

Ordered the whole tray. Just got a basket day 7 of waiting for a reply email as well. No description stating it was just a metal basket. And the picture used showed it as the whole tray.

Ordered 2 Skewers and 2 rotating baskets. Got 1 of each. Couldn't raise a ticket in my account because the feature isn't currently working. Sent an email that didn't get any response. Had to tweet to get any response. Then had to.send a picture of the packaging?! Ended up ony receiving another basket as the skewers are out stock. Tower need to sort themselves out their customer service is rubbish. The Skewers seem ok. No instructions though and very poorly packaged

We ordered 3 of these ... All different sizes each time and payed £5 for fast delivery each time. None of these fit our tower electric pressure cooker.

Brought Vortx 1.8L Manual Air Fryer in June 2021 from your website. Two days pass 1yr warranty the timer broke. Contact customer service who informed me has a 3yr guarantee if registered. However purchased advised it had been registered for warranty which I passed onto your customer service. I’ve not had any contact advising outcome since Wednesday. Your ref No 612618.
