I really don’t want to write a bad post as I ordered an air fryer for my wife for Christmas and it arrived within 3 days….. brilliant. However, my wife wasn’t happy with my choice of Christmas present and I now want to return it and get my money back. Unfortunately, I am finding it very difficult to contact anyone or get a response to my emails. I just want to buy a returns label which is shown in their returns policy.
It is very frustrating and I can see why other comments about poor service have been made on the site. I’m hoping that I get a quick response to this so I can place a positive post.
