I really enjoy cooking with my Tower 6L pressure cooker. It is easy to use and is very useful for cooking large dinners. Very good product. -Jasmin Ghunda Ghondi

I got tower pans from ideal world and no wonder they are guaranteed for life, because they are crap, the only good thing I can say about Tower None Stick Pans is Thankyou I ruin everything I've put in your frying pans so will turn veggie so at least I will be able to eat

I have never used as much crap in all my life, the frying pans are basically useless, I got the set from ideal world, NEVER AGAIN WOULD I BUY TOWER, the small frying pan had a chip in the ceramic the large one was no better,I have ruined more eggs trying to fry them in these , in fact Edwina Currie was better for eggs than this crap

Absolutely disgusted with this company. Ordered over 6 weeks ago and still not received my order. Emailed them and they offered 2 options 1. A refund 2. They would re-send my order out as they think the first one was sent back to them via courier. But I am still awaiting my order emailed again and now no answer!!!!!

Tower lightweight kettle..press button quite stiff, base ATTRACTS limescale, wire used to raise lid appears to be very lightweight. Very few models of lightweight to choose from. Need more in order to save energy, and more elderly in population.

I bought my first airfryer a few weeks ago, the Tower 2.2 litre one and it has changed my life! I had heard how good airfryers are but thought they would be too expensive and would I use one... I saw a tv programme with Alexis Conran showing how useful these things are and seem more programmes since. I was hooked! I looked at Argos and was amazed that my airfryer was only £27.50! Too good an opportunity to miss so I got one. I've been struggling with my health and been out of work, on a very low income, and depressed about my electric bills was one area of my life pulling me down. Since I got the airfryer my electric bills have gone way down, because I don't use my oven! One of the plus points of using one of these is no warmup time! Unlike an oven that needs preheating, this baby starts cooking straight away! I am still experimenting with various things but I love it! Thank you, Tower!

Excellent value for money. The trays mean you can cook fish and chips for 2 at one time. Only issue is the rotisserie position limit the space between shelves. I have been using this for about 2 months with no issues. It is quite large but it works in my kitchen.

Wow, this air fryer is like nothing I have ever experienced before. I have not stopped using it since the day we bought it. We had a family pizza night last weekend and the pizzas were exceptional - restaurant quality in just 4 minutes!! We used the pizza stone and it tasted like an authentic Italian pizza. I also made a simple ham and cheese toastie and the crisp the air fryer created on the outside was insane! I've also made brownies, crispy beef, sausages - you name it, this air fryer can do it. Completely changed my life when it comes to cooking. I would give it 10/10 stars if I could.

We just got a twin tower Airfryer at the weekend, we have used it loads since...so far so good 👍 My other Airfryer died on us we had it for 7yrs, & it was used everyday, fingers crossed this one stays with us for a long time, great price...would definitely recommend

Air fryer stopped working on first go, heated for 2-3 mins then died. Replaced the fuse, still nothing. Very disappointed.

Tower window vacuum failed within three years of purchase and Tower are refusing to honour the three year guarantee on the basis that it should have been registered within 28 days of purchase. The original box that I still have flags the three warranty. The item clearly should have lasted for more than three years and Tower are side stepping their responsibility on this technicality. Poor show of customer service.

Hi I was sorry to read your comments about your Tower Window Vacuum. All of our products are supported by a robust warranty scheme and customers have the opportunity to extend their products warranty up to a period of three years free of charge. This must be done within 28 days of your purchase and is mentioned within your products Instruction Manual. I was sorry that you felt we as an organisation are side stepping our responsibilities - this is not the case. Item delivered damaged and it has been the most long winded process to get a return, had to send multiple pics to multiple different customer service people as well as proof of purchase (even though item was purchased direct) ...do yourselves a favour and use a more reputable brand

I purchased a Tower 5 in 1 air fryer some 18 days ago, the unit has not been used at all because there is a problem with it and I have contacted the so called Tower "customer services" twice in the last 15 days with absolutely no response or help since to rectify it. If you expect aftermarket support which is clearly non-existent, then I would suggest you avoid Tower products.

Very poor customer service, did the 3 year guarantee tried to claim for leaking seal in bottom of bread pan letting liquid leak into turning mechanism under bread pan. After long drawn out exchanges still not resolved. Would not recommend tower after very poor service.

Ordered my microwave on 10th January and immediately contacted Tower Customer Service to return as had selected the wrong colour. 15 days later and still no response from them despite numerous emails and private messages via messenger. Responses on messenger assure me someone will contact in 24 hours and it never happens. Customer service and after sales service is non existent, steer clear!!

Bought vortex vizion 7ltr air fryer in march 23 size good still can't get rid of horrible smell when cooking and lingering smell on the food tried emailing no response so not very happy phone lines only open 10 til 3 awkward when you work
