I purchased a Tower 5 in 1 air fryer some 18 days ago, the unit has not been used at all because there is a problem with it and I have contacted the so called Tower "customer services" twice in the last 15 days with absolutely no response or help since to rectify it. If you expect aftermarket support which is clearly non-existent, then I would suggest you avoid Tower products.
