Very useful plate. Thought would fit into sides of airfryer snug ,but no worries. Very good quality and good weight to it.Easy to clean.

My wife has told me she would have liked a handle to remove the trays when hot.She is finding hard to sink both ovens together.She also finding hard to set the timer.She said she is happy with it what she has cooked so far. Do you do handles. Recipe books.

The rubber feet on the grill plate are to flimsy..used a couple of times and one is broken all ready ..apart from that am very happy with it up to now ..

The new fad and I like it. Chips and waffles will never taste the same. Chicken burgers etc turned out lovely.

Good product would have liked more recipes and times the only fault I have is the rubber feet on the tray they slip off easily when washing Is there a better alternative availability

I’ve not had this a week yet and I love it. I love that as a one person family, I can put several items in and create a meal in one pot. Unfortunately I have just discovered that the little rubber ends on the drip tray come off with your knowledge and I seemed to have washed mine away. Is there an email address where I could try and request some more?

Read the instructions on how full it should be (not more than 3/4)(a weight limit would be helpful Tower). Set rotary option on panel(otherwise it won't rotate). Works well enough.

It was slow in the beginning having contacted Tower on the 23rd January, however once one of your customer service staff called Sophie took over, my report was handled efficiently and everything ran very smoothly.

Very please with my air fryer so far, have barely used my oven since purchasing it. So far tried chicken, ribs and beef as well as potato products and homemade chips - got to take care checking til you get used to timing or will be very crisp! Jacket potatoes come ou fluffy with a crisp skin, brilliant! Only issue is the plastic cover over the release button came off and won't stay put, possibly got damaged. but Amazon sent a replacement fryer.

There was a cosmetic issue with a kettle that I had bought, so I asked for a replacement of the defective part as the kettle was under extended warranty. Megan was professional and prompt in responding to my enquiry and resolving the issue. Without going into the detail of the matter, I’m really glad with the customer service I received. Without it. I would have been stuck with a kettle/toaster set which had become an eyesore.

I got a lovely Scandi, kettle and toaster set, and after just one year, the silver plating on the ring at the top of the kettle began to peel off, making it an eyesore. As it was still within the warranty period I requested a replacement for the defective plastic ring, unfortunately they did not have this as a spare part and Megan was so nice and offered me a replacement kettle. Unfortunately they didn’t have the colour I bought so to keep the matching kettle/toaster set,I intend to take the ring from this one and replace the defective ring on my kettle. This leaves me with a brand-new kettle which I think I’ll be able to give someone else. Kudos to Megan who has been so helpful with this.

Think this item will be great once I get used how to install it. I found it quite a fiddled to get it in then when I did it stopped turning after the first few minutes. Had to finish the chips off on one of the wire racks instead.

It is very quick and efficient. Negative point though , unlike my previous model tower I've of same size standard baking trays are slightly too big and I can't find ones that do.
