Well made twin basket air fryer,good price 3 year warranty. The only problem with the air fryer is the display/icons or difficult to read, the display light is dim when setting up but when you press start the light becomes a lot brighter.

I use this air frier daily, it simple and effective, great alternative to grilling and oven baking. It's only down side is that it's a little small for family use. I couldn't do without it now.

Thought I'd try out an air fryer so opted for the 2ltr manual air fryer had it a month or so now cooked French fries rib eye steak pork chops and beef burgers all turned out fine. Its easy to clean only downside I have to remove the 4 rubber tabs as I find they come off easily when cleaning nearly lost 1 down the sink other than that it's ok maybe provide spare ones if this should happen

I have a Tower Ceraglide iron in purple. The iron is very good and the flexibility of using corded and cordless very helpful. However I find the purple casing so dark it is often difficult to see the water level and I often overfill. Please make in clearer plastic covering the water gauge.

4 out of 5. It's great, 1 knocked off score as there doesn't seem to be a way to mute the button press sound which is very loud.

First air fryer lasted 5 months before the light went off returned it with no problem from argos. I got full refund and bought digital tower air fryer same size but £30 cheaper just hope light lasts longer

Good quality, very sturdy. Very happy with it. It cooks potatoes and chips much more evenly. A bit fiddly getting it in and out, especially when the oven is very hot.

Love my Tower Vortx dual basket air fryer. Simple to use and cooks a large variety of foods efficiently and easy. As good as my oven which I haven't used since. Unfortunately my air fryer cracked at the side after less than 3 months. Was hugely disappointed needless to say. However, I took the chance of returning and purchasing the same again in the hope that this was a 1 off flaw. Sadly, I was unable to purchase at the reduced price from last time so am a little miffed I'm out of pocket. Fingers crossed that this time I don't have similar problems as it is a great air fryer.

As your product is supported by a 12 month retailers warranty the normal practice is to offer an exact replacement for your product should a fault occur. Great overall air fryer for the price, would have given 5 stars but after 10 months the timer button broke off, Argos exchanged without quibble. Also was able to take out extended warranty with Tower at no extra cost .

AIR FRYER REPLACEMENT - DEFIES LOGIC I have used the TOWER 4.3 litre DIGITAL AIR FRYER for just over 2 years, and have been very happy with it. That is until recently when it kept ‘tripping my fuse box’. It is still under the Extended Warranty, so I contacted Customer Service to report the problem (Ref: 722926). They were very understanding and, after asking for proof of purchase and telling me to cut the power lead from the appliance (and send photographic proof that I had done so!!), they agreed to replace the Fryer. I asked if it was possible to upgrade to a (more expensive) Dual Basket Air Fryer, and I would pay whatever the difference in cost was. I was informed that was NOT possible as (Quote) “When offering an air fryer replacement it has to be like for like model”. I cannot understand the logic of this, as I am offering to pay TOWER more money, and would be interested in the reasoning behind this ruling.
