“It nearly took a whole day to place my two orders today and I nearly gave up.I am 86 years old. Just downsized to a new two bedroom apt.and have to be away for an operation soon.Trying to have the urgently need chest drawer separately delivered and to add a second name to contact seemed so complicated ,On top of this I was double charged and bank blocked the payment which I had to spend a lot of time answering their security questions.Lucky my chat friend Liam became a real person and kindly phoned me and sorted my problem in a few minutes. He also kindly suggested some extra products I might be interested to add on which I did. Liam turned my frustrating and daunting experience to a happy one at the ending.”

“Well made furniture, but shame they made a 75 year old cancer suffering woman carry the large box inside without the decency of knocking on her glass doors to help with placing them in the house. Luckily I don’t need any more chairs.”

“I ordered the Tutbury breakfast bar and stools, was looking for something that could look ok in living room as I don't have space for a table in the kitchen, nor do I have a dining room.I think this blends in well in the livingroom. Not cheap but it is solid and great quality and you get what you pay for. Reliable service and good communication from company, also the delivery guys were so nice and friendly.”

“Purchased a small oak lamp table on behalf of my friend. Delivery took a while but we knew not to expect it for some weeks after order and was stated as such on the item page. Had an email around the date expected to offer us a delivery slot. I did request a different date but was told it would be three more weeks and so luckily I was able to sort something out to take delivery on the only option offered. The table is lovely, very heavy and well made. My friend is delighted with his purchase.”
