“We had been looking for dining room chairs for a while as we wanted 2 carvers, which are not widely available these days, but Top Furniture sell them, so we ordered 6 dining room chairs. From ordering to delivery, we were kept informed of the progress of our order and the delivery time quoted was spot on. We were very pleased when they were delivered but found 2 were damaged and Top Furniture replaced them very quickly. Happy customers. Thank you Top Furniture.”

“Confess to being very wary at purchasing online. need not have been. Start to finish the service was great. I had even ordered in error a FIXED 180 and not the extendable one. No issues, no problems the order amended. Now the table itself. Gorgeous. Heavy, good quality and value for money. Love the clips to keep the table together when closed as my current one did not have this and occasionally by accident I have lend on it and opened it mid dinner. Not a problem with this one. Look and size exactly as picture. Bit thinner than I would have liked BUT it’s taken 4years to now have a lovely new oak table in my house. I LOVE it”

“I bought the 2 over 3 chest of drawers for the bedroom. A lovely, quality piece of furniture and well worth the money. Delivery went well and the drawers were carried upstairs for me”

“Very helpful advice at Dartford showroom. Ordered Chelsea carver and one Chelsea chair in red leather. Delivered within a week. Great service. Chairs are fabulous - very solid and surprisingly comfortable - look very good with our existing old elm Habitat chairs - and match existing oak furniture. We spent weeks searching for something suitable - Top Furniture came up trumps - and very good value too. Excellent chairs, excellent service.”

“I don’t really have much positive to say about our experience. We ordered a locket looking chest of draws and two bedside cabinets for our bedroom. Assuming they would be delivered to the bedroom. As the website states they can deliver to bedroom. But the delivery driver decides if it’s safe. Our house is normal, normal standard stair case, wide, no obstructions. The delivery drivers just walked in and said to my wife we don’t deliver to bedrooms. They had no idea If she had support to get them upstairs. Therefore I believe the delivery drivers let down the company here and fell short. Also the website has in bold writing that prices will be going up soon due to spiralling costs. Since I bought it 4 weeks ago prices have gone down by around 30%. So that was clearly a lie and misleading. I shall be reporting this tactic to trading standards. The cabinet also had some damage to the top of the cabinet. It’s a shame the company lets itself down with delivery and misleading statements as the furniture is good quality.”
