“Beautiful furniture but easily damaged. The finish did not last 1 week. Customer service not great ‘take a drawer to B&Q get them to match the paint’ ‘Contact a furniture specialist’ Surely a missed opportunity to offer remedial products at the showroom. They offer wax for the wood finish but not the painted. Do not buy unless the products are not going to be used.”

Further to our discussions prior to your review regarding this matter, we would like to politely re-iterate that the issue to your furniture you raised with us is as a direct result of accidental damage caused by incorrect care of the furniture. Due to the nature of the damage you have shown us, we are unfortunately unable to offer advise as to a repair, and can only advise you seek an independent professional repair in this instance.
