“Top buying experience, from ordering to delivery we were kept informed when delivery would be, we delayed this because of other commitments, instantly gave us another date. The chairs are fantastic value well packed unmarked and matches our existing table. If we need any furniture we will look no further than Top Furniture.”

“Absolutely stunning furniture! We ordered 5 pieces from the Farmhouse range for our bedroom. A dream to put the bed and wardrobe together, took 20 minutes! “Superb build quality. Heavy and solid chair frame. The seat pad (leather) is firm but surprisingly comfortable. We feel that these chairs will give us years of service. They look beautiful too.”

“Had a table and 4 chairs delivered today from the Uttoxeter store . Very pleased with them all everything was in perfect condition I think owing to the amount of bubble wrap and packaging applied . Well done on that score took us nearly an hour to remove it all lol but at least we knew it had been well protected. Can I also say what a lovely guy Tom was who served us when we came in and let us look round in our own time then came to assist us. Thankyou Tom .”

“Top Furniture should be a best practice model for other companies to learn from. Their customer service is spot on, excellent communication from Emma throughout. They held my furniture for over 6 months at my request due to works being done in my home. Delivery guys Matty and Simon were super friendly, respectful and placed furniture in the room I wanted. Delivery time was spot on. The TV unit and small coffee table is beautiful and transforms my living room. A very happy customer who will be buying again from Top Furniture. Keep up the excellent good work, your staff are an asset to your company.”

“Capacity seems a bit restricted.Delivery driver could not take card board box off Although we are both late 70's and wife just had a shoulder replacement.They were also ahead of schedule.. I had to struggle on my own to take box off and hert .y back.We wanted some small draws but in future will look Elsecar as not very caring.Perhaps one day they will get old and know what it is like.”
