“Delivery itself was prompt and at the agreed time, so no complaints there. Two delivery men arrived, but unfortunately they refused to take my dressing table upstairs. As a result, a week later it’s still sat in my hallway. Being on my own, I can’t move it upstairs myself and now need to pay someone else to do so. Perhaps it’s at the drivers’ discretion, but I’ve never had this issue before – other companies delivering furniture (beds, wardrobes, etc.) have always taken items upstairs without hesitation. Because of this, I can’t really comment on the dressing table itself, as I haven’t been able to use it yet. Overall, reliable in terms of timing, but disappointing in terms of service, as the lack of assistance left me with extra hassle and expense.”

“We have ordered the Country Cream 1.4m cross leg table with two chairs and a bench - this isn’t due till late September so I’ll review those then. However we have bought the same design coffe table and console table and are really pleased with both. Possibly even better than the photos on the website.
