“100 percent happy so far with my folding table . Seems very good quality , sturdy and looks lovely . Rob and Cai were the delivery guys and were lovely . I was kept informed of the delivery slot and it arrived on time . I’ve just moved to a second floor apartment and this was not a problem for them at all . Thank you .”

“Lovely piece of furniture. Solidly built and attractive. The design of the shelving in the wardrobe is a bit impractical (not very versatile). And the packaging involved a LOT of styrofoam that cannot be recycled or degraded - it arrived in good condition but I would really like to see plant-based or cardboard-based packaging materials.”

“I'm writing a poor review on top Furniture, Because, I thought they came fully made!! As I'm disabled, this is why I ordered them , Now the table and chairs and sitting in my living room, Waiting for me to get paid , so I can pay for someone To put them together. I can't even open the boxes to see if anything is damaged.”

Hello, The Titan dining chairs that we delivered are fully assembled so if you open the boxes you can use the chairs immediately. These chairs are not flat pack. The dining table will require the legs screwing on in each corner as we wouldn't physically be able to deliver the table through your front door if we attempted to deliver them fully assembled. Sorry that we didn't meet your expectations on this occasions but no other retailer will deliver a dining table into your home fully assembled and we don't offer an assembly service at the moment. “My item was delivered, before the predicted date, well packed, by friendly helpful drivers. Although not the cheapest the quality of construction and attention to detail are superb. It is solid Oak the edges are rounded and the finish is good. All in all faultless. This was my first Top Furniture purchase and will be my go to place in future. We'll pleased.”
